# Adventium Tech Alternative: OperatorHub vs TicketingHub

Compare OperatorHub and TicketingHub on published booking fees, reservation workflows, distribution and migration requirements.

Compare OperatorHub and TicketingHub for reservations, distribution, operational requirements and published booking fees.

## Compare OperatorHub with TicketingHub

If your search for an Adventium Tech alternative concerns OperatorHub, compare the current OperatorHub product and offer. Brand and company-name searches do not establish which reservation system, agent service or contract your business uses.

OperatorHub’s official website describes a tour operator system used internationally. The useful comparison is your booking and operational workflow, rather than assuming it is limited to Australia and New Zealand or that all related travel brands are interchangeable.

## OperatorHub publishes a pay-as-you-go fee

OperatorHub’s pricing page lists a Pay As You Go plan with a 3.9% online service fee charged to consumer bookings, subject to application approval. It also lists an Enterprise offer priced on application, with fixed monthly or percentage-based options. Both are advertised without a lock-in contract.

This corrects the earlier claim that all OperatorHub pricing was quote-only. Confirm eligibility, the fee calculation, payment-processing charges, taxes and treatment of other sales channels in your written offer before comparing totals.

## How TicketingHub pricing compares

TicketingHub charges 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with no monthly or setup fee. Cash sales are free. Operators can absorb the fee or pass it on; payment processing and marketplace commissions are separate.

The advertised 3.9% and 3% figures are not automatically a like-for-like comparison. Check who pays, which bookings each applies to and what is charged separately. Calculate the annual total from the same booking values and channel mix rather than promising a universal saving.

## Test reservations and operational requirements

Demonstrate a normal departure, a private group and a busy day with shared capacity. If you depend on fleet, route, passenger or resource workflows, ask each supplier to show those requirements explicitly. Do not assume every specialist operation transfers to another booking system.

TicketingHub offers website bookings, reseller availability management and point-of-sale ticket sales. Confirm the payment provider, currencies and reseller connections you actually need. A public product summary is not a complete list of available integrations.

## Guest changes and support

TicketingHub’s Magic Link supports eligible changes within your configured policies and deadlines. Test rescheduling, cancellation and voucher handling with your own fare rules. Ask both suppliers to explain support arrangements and what happens when a payment or availability connection fails.

## Plan migration around existing bookings

Agree which products, future reservations, balances, vouchers and customer records can transfer, plus costs and timing. Test payments, refunds, availability and confirmations before launch. Keep one clear source of capacity during a parallel trial so the same places are not sold twice.

## Compare your own workflow in a demo

Bring a typical product, your busiest day and a breakdown of website, reseller and in-person sales. Ask TicketingHub to demonstrate the complete booking and check-in journey against your requirements.
