Looking for an Adventure Office alternative for your outfitter business? Start with the reservations and operational processes your team needs to preserve, then test them with both suppliers.

## Software for outfitters

Adventure Office’s official website describes a combined software solution for outfitters, with support for running the business. Bring your actual trips and operational requirements to a demo. Confirm rentals, lodging, staff processes, resource allocations and accounting needs individually rather than assuming that every booking platform covers them.

## Request Adventure Office’s current terms

The official homepage reviewed does not provide a complete rate card. Ask for written software fees, card-processing rates, setup costs, messaging charges and contract terms. If software and processing are bundled in your agreement, compare that bundle with the complete costs of the alternative.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. Operators can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contractual terms in your proposal.

## Keep processing on both sides of the calculation

TicketingHub’s 3% on £10,000 of qualifying booking value is £300 in software fees before separate processing and other applicable charges. This is not a net saving over Adventure Office. Use your actual quote and sales mix to compare total costs in the same currency.

## Test outfitter workflows before switching

Demonstrate a public trip, a private group and an eligible date change. Check participant details, departure lists, payments and customer messages. Confirm any equipment, accommodation, payroll or other specialist requirements and integrations separately.

## Compare the full booking journey

Test your own products, ticket categories, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access. Confirm marketplace connections, product mapping, cancellations and reporting directly. Ask both suppliers to demonstrate specialist operational requirements.

## Guest changes and digital waivers

TicketingHub’s Magic Link offers eligible changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing journey and staff checks. Test your actual cancellation and participant policies.

## Agree the migration scope

Confirm which products, future reservations, customer records and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Agree costs, timing, payment-provider arrangements and responsibility for existing refunds. Reconcile capacity, test ticket delivery and train staff before the cutover.

## Compare complete written proposals

Use your sales mix to compare software charges, processing, marketplace commissions, hardware, optional services and implementation. Confirm support, training and contract terms. A headline percentage does not establish total savings.
