## Beyonk’s current published pricing

Beyonk advertises a volume-based 4% ticketing rate that can be absorbed or passed to guests. Its pricing page describes the offering as intended for businesses with over £25,000 annual sales. UK prices exclude VAT, online processing is separate, and marketing software and services have additional pricing. Confirm eligibility, channel treatment and any negotiated rate.

## Compare current visitor tools

Beyonk lists ePOS, customer self-service, waivers, memberships, passes and gift cards. Demonstrate those functions on both platforms. Confirm the specific reseller connections and device setup you need rather than treating older reviews as a definitive feature list.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. Operators can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contractual terms in your proposal.

## A qualified 4% versus 3% illustration

On the same £10,000 of qualifying online booking value, 4% is £400 and 3% is £300. The £100 software-fee difference excludes processing, taxes, discounts, optional services and custom terms. It is not automatically an operator saving if one fee is passed to guests or applies differently by channel.

## Test your booking requirements

Demonstrate products, ticket categories, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access with your own examples. Confirm each distribution connection, ticket mapping, cancellation process and report directly. Check specialist operational requirements separately.

## TicketingHub guest changes and waivers

Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing journey and staff checks. Test your participant requirements and change policy.

## Plan migration before switching

Agree scope, cost and timing. Confirm which products, future reservations, customer records and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Reconcile capacity and existing orders, test payment and refund responsibilities, and train staff before the cutover.

## Compare complete written proposals

Use your actual sales mix to compare software fees, processing, marketplace commissions, taxes, optional services and implementation. Confirm support and contractual terms. A headline percentage alone does not establish total savings.
