Compare Bókun and TicketingHub plans, Viator and offline fees, direct booking costs and migration requirements using your own sales mix.

Looking for a Bókun alternative? Compare monthly subscriptions, booking percentages and channel exemptions together. Your sales mix can change which pricing model costs less.

## Bókun’s published plans

Bókun lists a Free plan for Viator and manual booking management, Start at $49 per month plus 1.5% on applicable bookings, Plus at $149 plus 1.25%, and Premium at $499 plus 1%. It states zero Bókun fees on Viator and offline bookings. Marketplace commissions and payment costs need separate consideration.

## Features vary by plan

Start lists online widgets, channel availability, resource tools, payment links, gift cards and point of sale. Higher plans add agent booking areas, Zapier, allocation tools, account-management options and multi-company management. Confirm user limits and the plan needed for your workflows.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. You can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contractual terms in your proposal.

## A cost example where Bókun can be lower

For $10,000 of bookings all subject to Bókun Start’s 1.5% fee, its $49 subscription plus $150 is $199. TicketingHub’s 3% software fee is $300. This excludes processing, taxes and other charges on both sides. Viator and offline exemptions can reduce Bókun fees further, while low-volume or seasonal sales change the subscription comparison.

## Compare distribution without overlooking exemptions

Check the specific Bókun product and agreement you are evaluating. Confirm each platform’s fees and connections for Viator, other marketplaces, agents and direct bookings. Zero Bókun fees on a channel do not remove the marketplace’s own commission.

## Compare the complete reservation journey

Test products, ticket categories, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access with your own examples. Confirm distribution connections, product mapping, cancellation handling and point-of-sale devices directly. Check any specialist staff, equipment or reporting requirements separately.

## TicketingHub guest changes and waivers

Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing journey and staff checks. Ask both suppliers to demonstrate your actual cancellation and participant workflows.

## Plan the migration

Agree scope, costs and timing before switching. Confirm which products, future reservations, customer records and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Reconcile capacity and existing orders, test payment and refund responsibilities, and train staff before the cutover.

## Choose using written proposals

Compare software charges, payment processing, marketplace commissions, taxes and optional services using your actual channel mix. Confirm onboarding, support and contract terms. A lower headline percentage does not establish lower total costs.
