Compare CenterEdge and TicketingHub for attraction bookings. Review workstation pricing, payment requirements, facility tools and implementation scope.

Evaluating a CenterEdge alternative? List the facility functions you rely on alongside online ticket sales. A booking system needs to fit the whole process your team will continue to operate.

## CenterEdge’s facility scope

CenterEdge’s pricing page includes its Advantage Sales, Events and Console suite, plus CenterEdge Play. Its product range covers ticketing, retail, food and beverage, inventory, event operations and cashless tools. Identify which functions your project needs to replace and which will remain in separate systems.

## Published workstation pricing

CenterEdge lists $300 per month for 1–3 workstations, $550 for 4–9 and $800 for 10–15, with quotes for 16 or more. These prices apply when bundled with CenterEdge Payments. Optional monthly add-ons include redemption at $100, integrations at $50 and digital signage at $50. Confirm processing rates, hardware, setup and contract terms separately.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. Operators can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contract terms in your proposal.

## A software-only illustration

On $10,000 of qualifying bookings, TicketingHub’s 3% software fee is $300. That equals CenterEdge’s smallest published monthly subscription, but the scopes differ and this excludes processing, hardware, add-ons and other terms. A fixed subscription can compare differently as sales rise or fall; calculate complete costs for your actual facility.

## Facility tools and ticket booking are separate requirements

Demonstrate cashless cards, arcade redemption, retail, food service, party rooms and gates where you use them. Confirm what TicketingHub can support and where another system or integration is needed. Avoid treating the two products as interchangeable based only on a monthly fee.

## Test your complete reservation workflow

Demonstrate your products, ticket categories, shared capacity, checkout, confirmations and staff booking access. Confirm each marketplace connection, ticket mapping, cancellation process and point-of-sale device you need. Check specialist requirements directly rather than inferring missing features from a short pricing page.

## TicketingHub guest changes and waivers

Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing journey and staff checks. Test your actual participant requirements and cancellation policy.

## Agree migration scope and timing

Confirm which products, future bookings, customer records and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Agree cost, timing, payment-provider arrangements and responsibility for existing refunds. Reconcile capacity and train staff before opening the new booking journey.

## Compare complete written proposals

Use your real sales mix to compare software fees, payment processing, marketplace commissions, taxes, optional services and implementation. Confirm support and contractual terms before committing.
