# EzTix Alternative for Tours and Activity Bookings

Explore TicketingHub as an EzTix alternative for tour bookings. Review pricing, guest changes, distribution and safe transfer of existing records.

Looking for an EzTix alternative? Compare booking workflows, costs and migration requirements before choosing a replacement.

## Replacing EzTix starts with your booking records

If you are looking for an EzTix alternative, start with the bookings and obligations you need to preserve. A replacement system needs more than a new checkout: your team needs reliable future reservations, customer contact details, outstanding balances and voucher records.

## Confirm which EzTix service you mean

Historical proposal documents exist for the Canadian company EzTix Event Ticketing Inc. They do not, by themselves, establish the current status of every service using a similar name. We could not verify current service availability at eztix.com during this review, so this page does not claim that every EzTix-branded service has closed.

For an existing reservation, use the operator and contact details on your confirmation to check fulfilment or refund arrangements. Selecting a new booking platform does not resolve an earlier payment dispute or transfer liability for an existing booking.

## What to look for in an EzTix alternative

For food tours, walking tours and other activities, compare departure capacity, private groups, ticket types, guide requirements and guest communications. Demonstrate the booking journey on a phone and check how staff find the passenger list on the day.

TicketingHub offers website bookings, reseller availability management and point-of-sale ticket sales. Its Magic Link supports eligible guest changes according to your configured policies and deadlines. Ask for a demonstration with your own products rather than assuming every old workflow transfers automatically.

## What TicketingHub costs

TicketingHub charges 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with no monthly or setup fee. Cash sales are free. Operators can absorb the fee or pass it on; payment processing and marketplace commissions are separate.

For £10,000 of bookings subject to the 3% service fee, that fee is £300 before separate charges. Compare the cost against your actual sales mix and any migration or third-party services you require. This is not a claim about historical EzTix rates or a guaranteed saving.

## Can existing data be recovered?

Available exports, confirmation emails, payment records and your own records may help reconstruct future bookings. TicketingHub cannot promise access to an unavailable supplier database or recovery of missing funds. Have the team assess accessible files, import compatibility and the work required before agreeing a launch date.

Check each reservation’s date, guest count, paid balance and voucher status after import. Keep records only where you have the appropriate permission and business purpose. Tell affected guests how their booking will be fulfilled if confirmation details change.

## Plan the move before changing live sales

Agree the migration scope, price and timeline before switching. Test products, availability, payments, refunds and confirmations. During any parallel trial, keep one clear source of capacity so the same places are not sold twice. Existing supplier agreements and payment-provider requirements still apply.

## Compare your own workflow in a demo

Bring a typical product, a busy day and a breakdown of website, reseller and in-person sales. Ask TicketingHub to demonstrate the complete booking and check-in journey against your requirements.
