# FuseMetrix Alternative: Leisure Booking Comparison

Compare FuseMetrix and TicketingHub leisure booking scope, operational systems, complete costs and migration requirements for your attraction.

Compare FuseMetrix and TicketingHub leisure booking scope, operational systems, complete costs and migration requirements for your attraction.

Considering a FuseMetrix alternative? Separate your reservation requirements from the finance, retail, HR and wider leisure-management functions your organisation needs.

## FuseMetrix’s leisure-management scope

FuseMetrix describes a leisure suite combining online booking, ePOS, finance, CRM, HR and other operational tools. Its booking page lists group and party planning, vouchers, check-in, café tills, stock control and waivers. Identify which functions would remain in another system if you changed the booking platform.

## Compare the project scope fairly

A ticket reservation system is not automatically a replacement for accounting, stock or staff systems. Demonstrate your activities, shared resources, party packages and front-desk operations with both suppliers. Confirm integrations, data flows and department requirements before choosing a setup.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. Operators can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contractual terms in your proposal.

## Request current FuseMetrix pricing

The official pages reviewed do not establish a standard public rate for your configuration. Request software, implementation, training, integration and payment costs. TicketingHub’s 3% on £10,000 of qualifying bookings is £300 before separate charges; compare complete proposals including any additional systems needed.

## Implementation depends on the requirements

Agree the configuration, data migration, testing and training each supplier will deliver. No setup fee does not mean that replacing existing operational systems takes no work. Plan around live bookings and the teams who will use the new setup.

## Test your booking requirements

Demonstrate products, ticket categories, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access with your own examples. Confirm each distribution connection, ticket mapping, cancellation process and report directly. Check specialist operational requirements separately.

## TicketingHub guest changes and waivers

Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing journey and staff checks. Test your participant requirements and change policy.

## Plan migration before switching

Agree scope, cost and timing. Confirm which products, future reservations, customer records and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Reconcile capacity and existing orders, test payment and refund responsibilities, and train staff before the cutover.

## Compare complete written proposals

Use your actual sales mix to compare software fees, processing, marketplace commissions, taxes, optional services and implementation. Confirm support and contractual terms. A headline percentage alone does not establish total savings.
