# Guidap Alternative for Activity Booking

Compare Guidap and TicketingHub for embedded bookings, activity scheduling, reseller access, annual costs and migration requirements.

Compare Guidap and TicketingHub for activity scheduling, website bookings, partner sales and seasonal costs.

## Compare activity booking around your season

Looking for a Guidap alternative? Start with the activities you run, the resources they share and the ways customers book. A canoe rental, an adventure park session and a cultural visit can have different scheduling and payment requirements.

## What Guidap supports

Guidap’s official FAQ says its booking module integrates directly into your website and keeps customers there through reservation. It also describes partner access so tourism offices, campsites and other resellers can view availability.

Its FAQ describes use on phones, tablets and computers, including planning, reservations and payments. The earlier suggestion that Guidap lacked an embedded booking option was inaccurate. Compare your exact configuration with TicketingHub rather than treating those functions as absent.

## Subscription costs versus booking fees

Guidap’s FAQ describes tailored modules, annual subscriptions and no commission on reservations. Ask for the current total for your selected modules, payment services and any separately charged work. A commission-free reservation model does not establish that payment processing is free.

TicketingHub charges 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with no monthly or setup fee. Cash sales are free. Operators can absorb the fee or pass it on; payment processing and marketplace commissions are separate.

Calculate a full year for both suppliers, including quiet months and peak sales. A subscription may become relatively economical at higher volumes; a percentage service fee varies with eligible bookings. Neither model is automatically cheaper for every operator.

## Scheduling and distribution checks

TicketingHub offers website bookings, reseller availability management and point-of-sale ticket sales. Demonstrate your equipment capacity, session length, preparation buffers and private groups. Confirm what happens when weather interrupts an activity or a customer changes dates.

Distinguish local partner access from marketplace connections. List the agencies and online travel platforms you use and have both suppliers confirm each required integration, ticket mapping and availability rule.

## Guidap, 4escape and Osmopolis

Guidap’s current website links to Osmopolis as a tool created by Guidap and 4escape. This does not by itself establish a compulsory migration date, a disruption to your account or a need to migrate twice. Ask the supplier to explain your account’s roadmap and terms.

## Guest changes

TicketingHub’s Magic Link supports eligible customer changes within your configured policies and deadlines. Test the date-change, cancellation and voucher journey with your actual fare rules, and compare the equivalent Guidap workflow.

## Plan the move before changing live sales

Agree which products, future bookings, vouchers and customer records can transfer, plus migration costs and timing. Test payments, refunds, availability and confirmations before launch. Keep one clear source of capacity during a parallel trial to avoid selling the same places twice.

## See your own workflow in a demo

Bring a typical product, a busy day and your existing integrations. Ask TicketingHub to demonstrate booking, payment, guest changes and check-in against your requirements.

## Sources and review date

Published by TicketingHub. Official sources reviewed on 19 October 2026. Final costs, integrations and migration scope depend on your agreed configuration.
