# Orioly Alternative: TicketingHub Compared

Compare Orioly alternatives: verified plan fees, TicketingHub pricing, booking workflows and realistic migration checks. Updated October 2026.

Compare Orioly and TicketingHub on total fees, booking workflows and migration using your real sales mix.

## Comparing Orioly alternatives for your sales mix

TicketingHub is an option for operators who want website bookings, in-person ticket sales and supported reseller connections with a published booking fee. A useful comparison with Orioly starts with your ticket values, channels and required workflows.

## Pricing checked 17 October 2026

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Payment-provider charges and marketplace commissions are separate.

Orioly’s public Startup plan lists $399 setup, a $200 annual retainer and 2.5% per online booking, with a $0.60 minimum. Growth lists $499 setup, $150 annually and 2%, with a $0.50 minimum. Business lists $699 setup, $100 annually and 1%, with a $0.40 minimum.

Orioly lists 0% for offline bookings, with its standard fee applying if online payments are received for those bookings. Growth and Business show a 2% OTA-channel commission. The treatment of a particular channel and any additional charges need confirming in your account terms.

## Compare total cost at the same volume

For example, £10,000 of bookings across all channels produces a £300 TicketingHub platform fee at its standard rate, before payment processing and marketplace commissions. This is a TicketingHub example, not a conversion of Orioly’s dollar prices.

A fair comparison uses one currency and your actual split of online, offline and OTA sales. It includes setup, annual charges, booking minimums, payment processing and any channel fees. Either platform can cost less for a particular sales mix; a headline percentage alone cannot settle the comparison.

## Which platform fits your operation?

Orioly’s pricing page lists direct booking, channel management, resources, POS, automation and API access. Your existing use of those tools is a useful basis for comparison. TicketingHub’s different fee structure needs weighing alongside the booking and staff workflow.

## A practical comparison of booking workflows

TicketingHub offers a website booking widget, scheduled ticket availability, point-of-sale tools and supported marketplace connections. A useful comparison follows the same booking, date change, cancellation and staff sale on each platform.

## Guest changes and waiver requirements

TicketingHub’s Magic Link supports guest-managed booking changes where enabled; the available actions depend on your setup. Digital waiver workflows use the separate Smartwaiver integration. Group signing, staff checks and service costs need reviewing against your requirements.

## Customer evidence

City Tours Belfast uses TicketingHub for website bookings and street and onboard sales. Its story describes staff PIN access, branded printed tickets and cash-versus-card reporting. It illustrates TicketingHub’s workflow, rather than a switch from the competitor compared on this page.

## Migration planning

A useful migration assessment covers products, future reservations, vouchers, customer information, payment setup and connected channels. Export formats, import support, staff training and the cutover date need agreeing before the switch. Timing depends on what is being moved and tested.

## Questions about switching from Orioly

### Is TicketingHub always cheaper?

No. The answer depends on your ticket values, channels, account terms and required services. TicketingHub’s standard 3% fee applies to online, in-person and OTA bookings, so offline volume belongs in the calculation too.

### Can we keep our existing website?

TicketingHub’s widget can be embedded in your website. A demo can show your products, ticket options and available times.

### How long does migration take?

The timeline depends on products, future reservations, vouchers and integrations. An agreed plan gives a more reliable answer than an instant-switch promise.
