Compare Peek Pro and TicketingHub booking workflows, software fees, payment processing and migration. Request current terms before calculating savings.

Considering TicketingHub as a Peek Pro alternative? Compare your current agreement with a written proposal and test the reservation workflows your team uses.

## What to evaluate in Peek Pro

Peek Pro’s official online-booking page describes online reservations, reporting, dynamic pricing and upselling. Ask to see your products, ticket options, customer changes and on-site sales directly. Select the features that fit your operation rather than assuming the same requirements for every operator.

## Request current Peek Pro pricing

The official material reviewed does not establish a complete public rate card for your account. Ask for written booking fees, guest-paid charges, processing rates, setup costs and channel terms. Third-party estimates of an 8–10% total do not provide a reliable basis for claiming your actual cost or savings.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. You can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contractual terms in your proposal.

## Build a like-for-like comparison

On £10,000 of qualifying booking value, TicketingHub’s 3% software fee is £300 before separate charges. Compare this with Peek Pro’s actual software fees, then add processing and other applicable costs on both sides. Confirm who pays each fee, the calculation base and refund treatment before treating a difference as operator savings.

## Compare daily operations and support

Demonstrate a public departure, a group reservation and an eligible booking change. Check shared resources, ticket checks, reports, devices and the integrations you use. Request written onboarding and support arrangements from both suppliers.

## Compare the complete reservation journey

Test products, ticket categories, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access with your own examples. Confirm distribution connections, product mapping, cancellation handling and point-of-sale devices directly. Check any specialist staff, equipment or reporting requirements separately.

## TicketingHub guest changes and waivers

Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing journey and staff checks. Ask both suppliers to demonstrate your actual cancellation and participant workflows.

## Plan the migration

Agree scope, costs and timing before switching. Confirm which products, future reservations, customer records and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Reconcile capacity and existing orders, test payment and refund responsibilities, and train staff before the cutover.

## Choose using written proposals

Compare software charges, payment processing, marketplace commissions, taxes and optional services using your actual channel mix. Confirm onboarding, support and contract terms. A lower headline percentage does not establish lower total costs.
