Considering a SECUTIX alternative? Identify the ticketing, payments, mobile-ticket and audience requirements your organisation needs, then test the proposed configuration.

## SECUTIX’s current product scope

SECUTIX presents cloud solutions for culture, arts, attractions, live entertainment, sport and marketplaces. Its overview lists S-360 for online ticketing, S-MOBILE for mobile ticketing and S-PAY for payments. Confirm which products and integrations are included in your proposal.

## Match the requirements before comparing platforms

Bring examples of admission, timed visits, events, groups and any reserved-seat products to both suppliers. Confirm season tickets, memberships, ticket transfers, resale, gates and mobile-ticket requirements separately. A booking platform is not automatically a complete replacement for a broader venue system.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. You can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contractual terms in your proposal.

## Request current SECUTIX commercial terms

The official overview reviewed does not establish a standard public rate for your configuration. Request software, payment, implementation, support and integration costs. TicketingHub’s 3% on £10,000 of qualifying booking value is £300 before separate charges; this does not establish savings over a custom proposal.

## Implementation depends on the project

Agree configuration, integrations, data migration, staff training and testing with each supplier. No setup fee does not mean that replacing a ticketing system requires no implementation work. Plan the transition around your existing customer commitments.

## Test a complete reservation

Demonstrate your products, ticket categories, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access. Confirm each marketplace connection, product mapping, cancellation process and report you need. Check specialist requirements directly rather than assuming a missing feature from a short overview.

## TicketingHub changes and waivers

Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing journey and staff checks. Test your own participant requirements and cancellation policy.

## Plan migration before switching

Agree scope, costs and timing. Confirm which products, future reservations, customer records and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Reconcile capacity and existing orders, test payment and refund arrangements, and train staff before the cutover.

## Compare complete proposals

Use your actual sales mix to compare software charges, processing, marketplace commissions, optional services, hardware and implementation. Confirm onboarding, support and contract terms before committing.
