# Singenuity Alternative: TicketingHub Compared

Compare Singenuity and TicketingHub on published booking fees, OTA connections, venue workflows and migration. Pricing checked October 2026.

Compare Singenuity’s published booking fee with TicketingHub, alongside supported channels, venue workflows and switching requirements.

## A Singenuity alternative for tours and attractions

TicketingHub is an option for operators comparing website bookings, in-person sales and supported reseller connections. Singenuity also offers online booking and point of sale, with a broader set of advertised attraction tools. The useful comparison is your complete workflow and total cost.

## Published pricing checked 17 October 2026

Singenuity’s public pricing page displays a 4% booking fee, describes it as charged to the guest and says percentage fees apply to activity revenue rather than merchandise, concessions or photos. It also offers custom quotes, so your written terms remain important.

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Payment-provider charges and marketplace commissions are separate.

## A fee comparison using the same booking value

On £10,000 of eligible activity-booking value, 4% is £400 and 3% is £300: a £100 difference in the headline platform fee. This is an illustration before processing, tax and marketplace commissions, not a quote or a guarantee of savings.

Who pays the fee matters. A guest-paid charge is different from a cost absorbed by the operator. The comparison also needs the same sales channels and any negotiated rate, add-ons or hardware costs.

## Supported channels and venue tools

Singenuity’s current website lists Viator and GetYourGuide integrations, so it would be inaccurate to describe those connections as absent. Its advertised tools include memberships, rentals, waivers, packages and POS through a Square partnership.

TicketingHub offers supported Viator and GetYourGuide connections alongside website and point-of-sale bookings. Membership renewals, rental allocation, venue-specific tools and hardware compatibility need individual comparison rather than assuming equal coverage.

## A practical comparison of booking workflows

TicketingHub offers a website booking widget, scheduled ticket availability, point-of-sale tools and supported marketplace connections. A useful comparison follows the same booking, date change, cancellation and staff sale on each platform.

## Guest changes and waiver requirements

TicketingHub’s Magic Link supports guest-managed booking changes where enabled; the available actions depend on your setup. Digital waiver workflows use the separate Smartwaiver integration. Group signing, staff checks and service costs need reviewing against your requirements.

## Customer evidence

City Tours Belfast uses TicketingHub for website bookings and street and onboard sales. Its story describes staff PIN access, branded printed tickets and cash-versus-card reporting. It illustrates TicketingHub’s workflow, rather than a switch from the competitor compared on this page.

## Migration planning

A useful migration assessment covers products, future reservations, vouchers, customer information, payment setup and connected channels. Export formats, import support, staff training and the cutover date need agreeing before the switch. Timing depends on what is being moved and tested.

## Questions about Singenuity alternatives

### Does Singenuity publish a booking fee?

Yes. Its pricing page displayed 4% when checked on 17 October 2026 and also offered custom quotes. A written quote can confirm how that rate applies to your channels and account.

### Does Singenuity list Viator and GetYourGuide integrations?

Yes. Both are listed on its current website. Supported products, availability rules and connection terms need checking for your operation.

### Is switching guaranteed to save money?

No. A fair comparison includes your sales mix, who pays the fee, processing, hardware and required features. The same booking and change workflow can then be tested on each platform.

### Can we keep our website?

TicketingHub’s widget can be embedded in your website. Your products and available sessions can be reviewed in a demo before any cutover.
