Compare Ticket Tailor and TicketingHub per-ticket and percentage pricing, recurring events, customer changes and on-site ticket sales.

Compare Ticket Tailor and TicketingHub per-ticket and percentage pricing, recurring events, customer changes and on-site ticket sales.

Considering a Ticket Tailor alternative for your attraction or tours? Compare your ticket prices, volumes and sales channels, then test the features you need. Ticket Tailor supports recurring events and attraction time slots as well as one-off events.

## Ticket Tailor’s published UK pricing

Ticket Tailor lists £0.60 plus VAT per paid ticket on pay-as-you-go, or prepaid credits from £0.22 plus VAT depending on volume. Payment processing is separate. Its pricing page describes charity and low-price ticket discounts, a free check-in app and an additional credit for each reserved seat. Calculate your applicable rate and extras using your actual ticket mix.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. You can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contract terms in your proposal.

## Per-ticket fees and percentages can favour different mixes

For 500 tickets at £20 each, £10,000 of booking value produces a £300 Ticket Tailor pay-as-you-go usage fee before VAT and processing. TicketingHub’s 3% software fee is also £300 before separate applicable charges. At £50 per ticket, 200 tickets produce a £120 Ticket Tailor usage fee before VAT. Prepaid rates and discounts can lower it further, so neither model is universally cheaper.

## Recurring events and customer self-service

Ticket Tailor documents repeating dates and time slots with price and capacity overrides. Its self-service tools can let buyers cancel, reschedule and resend orders subject to configuration and restrictions. Compare those rules with TicketingHub’s eligible Magic Link changes using your own ticket and cancellation policies.

## On-site sales and distribution

Ticket Tailor documents payments through Stripe Terminal and says its usage or PAYG fee is not charged for those terminal ticket sales. Check hardware, processing and country availability. For either platform, confirm the exact reseller and marketplace connections you need instead of assuming a distribution or point-of-sale feature gap.

## Test the booking workflows you need

Demonstrate ticket types, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access with your own products. Check distribution connections, ticket checks, reporting and payment devices directly. An omitted feature on a short pricing page does not establish that it is unavailable.

## TicketingHub changes and digital waivers

Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing process and staff checks. Test your cancellation policy and participant requirements before choosing the setup.

## Plan a controlled migration

Agree the scope, cost and timeline before switching. Confirm which products, future bookings, customer details and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Reconcile capacity and existing orders, test payment and refund arrangements, and train staff before the cutover.

## Choose using complete proposals

Compare software charges, payment processing, marketplace commissions, tax treatment and optional services using your actual sales mix. Ask both suppliers to demonstrate critical requirements and provide written terms before committing.
