Direct online booking fees are 3%, 2.5% and 2% respectively; offline fees are €1.50, €1 and €0.50 per booking. OTA charges have percentage and minimum-fee terms. Confirm applicable gateway rates, regional terms and payout arrangements. ## TicketingHub’s published pricing TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. You can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contract terms in your proposal. ## Compare software fees before adding processing For €10,000 of direct online booking value in a month, Starter’s €49 monthly equivalent plus 3% is €349 in subscription and software booking fees. TicketingHub’s 3% is €300. This €49 software-fee difference excludes processing on both sides, taxes and other sales channels, and treats the annual subscription as a monthly equivalent. Higher TrekkSoft tiers have lower online rates, so results vary with volume. ## Features depend on the plan TrekkSoft’s pricing page lists booking management, reseller tools and mobile point of sale, with additional functions by tier including packages, down payments, legal waivers and extra gateway choices. Confirm the plan that supports your requirements rather than comparing only entry-level prices. ## Test the booking workflows you need Demonstrate ticket types, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access with your own products. Check distribution connections, ticket checks, reporting and payment devices directly. An omitted feature on a short pricing page does not establish that it is unavailable. ## TicketingHub changes and digital waivers Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing process and staff checks. Test your cancellation policy and participant requirements before choosing the setup. ## Plan a controlled migration Agree the scope, cost and timeline before switching. Confirm which products, future bookings, customer details and vouchers can be imported from available exports.
