# Ventrata Alternative: TicketingHub Compared

Compare Ventrata and TicketingHub pricing, booking channels, on-site tools and migration requirements. Published plans checked October 2026.

Compare Ventrata and TicketingHub on published pricing, sales workflows and migration requirements.

## Compare Ventrata and TicketingHub for your operation

A Ventrata alternative needs to fit your sales channels, on-site workflows and total booking volume. Compare costs alongside the equipment, integrations and reporting your team needs.

## Ventrata pricing checked 17 October 2026

Ventrata’s public plan comparison lists Standard at $575 per month plus 2%, Premium at $2,300 plus 1%, and Elite at $5,750 plus 0.5% in transaction fees. Its included tools span web checkout, ticket and retail POS, self-service kiosks, back-office sales and OTA connections.

Confirm the transaction-fee basis, payment processing, hardware, onboarding and contract terms in a written quote. The revenue range shown on a pricing calculator is not proof of a mandatory minimum revenue requirement.

## TicketingHub pricing

TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm the full cost for your booking and payment model.

## Compare costs at the same booking volume

For an illustrative $10,000 monthly fee-bearing booking value, Standard’s $575 plus 2% equals $775. TicketingHub’s 3% equals $300: a $475 difference before processing, hardware, taxes and any other charges. This is a worked example, not a guaranteed saving or a personalised quote.

At higher volumes, a fixed subscription with a lower percentage can become more competitive. Model the full season and all channels using the applicable fee basis. Compare Premium and Elite too, rather than treating one crossover point as a universal answer.

## Match the platform to the sales operation

Ventrata’s published plans include kiosk and retail tools alongside ticketing. If those are central to your operation, test the actual hardware, payment flow, stock requirements and reporting.

TicketingHub brings website bookings, in-person ticket sales and supported reseller connections together. Bring your required channels and equipment to a demo and test the complete workflow. Do not assume a booking platform replaces every retail or access-control system.

## Guest changes and specialist integrations

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible guest changes within the options and deadlines configured for the product. Test cancellation, rescheduling and voucher rules against your policies.

Digital waivers use the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm its subscription and participant-signing workflow. Compare both providers using your specific requirements; a feature missing from a public summary is not evidence it is unavailable.

## Plan the migration before switching

List future bookings, products, customer fields, vouchers, reseller connections and staff permissions. Agree export access, supported imports, responsibilities and a cutover date. Payment records and third-party connections may need separate handling.

Test a sample product, confirmation, amendment and staff sale before opening availability. Migration time depends on the operation and data; it is not a promise that every switch takes an afternoon.

## Questions about Ventrata alternatives

### Is TicketingHub always cheaper?

No. The result depends on booking volume, sales mix, processing, optional services and the plan quoted. Compare total costs using the same period and transactions.

### Does Ventrata require $1 million in annual revenue?

We have not confirmed a mandatory minimum from its public plan page. Ask Ventrata directly about eligibility rather than relying on a third-party comparison.

### What should we bring to a demo?

Bring your sales split, product catalogue, hardware list, reseller channels and migration requirements. Test the workflows that matter most before deciding.
