# VisiSoft Alternative: TicketingHub Compared

Compare VisiSoft and TicketingHub on pricing models, OTA connections, attraction ticketing and migration. Vendor information checked October 2026.

Compare pricing models, attraction workflows and migration requirements using your real operation.

## Compare VisiSoft and TicketingHub for your attraction

Choose a platform around the work your team needs to do: advance bookings, entrance sales, retail, catering and distribution. Compare the full cost and the specific workflows rather than assuming the systems are interchangeable.

## VisiSoft pricing checked 17 October 2026

VisiSoft states that it does not charge per ticket sold. Its ticketing solution uses a monthly fee based on average annual visitor numbers, with an individual quote after a discovery call. A public description of the pricing model is not a published rate: request the amount, included modules, hardware, onboarding and contract terms.

## VisiSoft's published capabilities

VisiSoft describes an integrated platform covering ticketing, admissions, retail, catering, ecommerce and reporting. Its integration page explicitly lists OTA connectivity through Redeam for channels including Viator and GetYourGuide. The earlier claim that OTA distribution is not offered was incorrect.

## Compare the costs using your own sales

For an illustrative £10,000 in fee-bearing booking value, TicketingHub’s 3% fee is £300 before separate charges. At £1,000, it is £30. Compare your complete annual booking value with VisiSoft’s quote, including seasonal volume and any additional systems required. Without that quote, we cannot establish which is cheaper.

## Ticket sales and retail operations

If integrated shop stock, catering tills or membership workflows are central to your attraction, demonstrate those in both proposed setups. TicketingHub’s ticket-sales tools should not be treated as proof of a complete retail-and-catering EPOS replacement.

## Distribution and visitor changes

Both providers describe routes to OTA distribution. Confirm the exact channel, product mapping, commissions and availability rules. TicketingHub’s Magic Link can offer eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines; test your cancellation, rescheduling and voucher policies.

## Migration requirements

List future reservations, products, customer fields, vouchers, memberships, retail data and third-party connections. Agree export access, supported imports, responsibilities and timing. Payment history and specialist retail records may require separate handling. Do not assume every switch can be completed in minutes.

## Questions about VisiSoft alternatives

Is TicketingHub always cheaper? No: compare the quote and your full sales mix. Can it replace all EPOS functions? Demonstrate your retail and catering requirements separately. Can we test before switching? Agree a sample-product trial and capacity controls to avoid duplicate sales.

## A practical comparison demo

Bring your seasonal sales figures, retail requirements, hardware list and reseller channels. Test checkout, an entrance sale and a booking amendment before deciding.

## TicketingHub booking costs

TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
