# Visit Group Alternative for Tour and Attraction Booking

Compare Visit Group’s VISIT platform and TicketingHub. Distinguish BookVisit hospitality tools from attraction ticketing and tour booking requirements.

Compare VISIT and TicketingHub around the product you need: attraction ticketing, tour bookings, hospitality or destination packaging.

## Visit Group, VISIT and BookVisit are different comparison levels

Looking for a Visit Group alternative? First identify the product and functions you want to replace. Visit Group’s ecosystem has included products such as BookVisit, Citybreak and iTicket. Its current VISIT website presents a modular platform across hospitality, experiences, destinations and vacation rentals.

BookVisit’s own website describes a hotel booking engine and business platform, with room sales, add-ons, channel management and property operations. Those requirements differ from selling timed attraction admission or tour departures. A search about BookVisit hotel software is not automatically a search for an attraction ticketing replacement.

## Where the ticketing comparison overlaps

VISIT’s Experiences offering describes ticketing, point of sale, entry management and packaging. Its destination offering includes multi-supplier sales and reservations. Evaluate the specific modules in your proposal rather than assuming every customer needs the entire portfolio.

TicketingHub is an option for tour, activity and attraction operators who want website bookings, reseller availability management and point-of-sale ticket sales. Demonstrate your ticket types, capacity rules and check-in workflow to assess that overlap.

## When a broader platform matters

If your business depends on hotel rooms, housekeeping, accommodation packages, owner settlements or multi-supplier destination sales, record those requirements separately. Do not assume replacing a ticket checkout also replaces a property-management or destination platform.

Ask which existing systems would remain, what data moves between them and who supports each integration. Compare the proposed configuration with the work your team needs to complete each day.

## Compare the agreed scope and total price

Request a current VISIT or BookVisit proposal for the product you actually need. Identify modules, implementation, payment charges, integrations and ongoing services. Avoid treating one universal enterprise price or contract as applicable to every product.

TicketingHub charges 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with no monthly or setup fee. Cash sales are free. Operators can absorb the fee or pass it on; payment processing and marketplace commissions are separate.

Calculate both annual totals using the same booking values and sales channels. Include retained hotel or destination software. A public booking percentage alone is not a like-for-like comparison with a broader operating platform.

## Guest changes and reseller connections

TicketingHub’s Magic Link supports eligible guest changes within your configured policies and deadlines. Test the actual rescheduling and cancellation journey. List your resellers and have both suppliers confirm each required connection and availability rule.

## Plan migration around existing bookings

Agree which products, future reservations, balances, vouchers and customer records can transfer, plus costs and timing. Test payments, refunds, availability and confirmations before launch. Keep one clear source of capacity during a parallel trial so the same places are not sold twice.

## Compare your own workflow in a demo

Bring a typical product, your busiest day and a breakdown of website, reseller and in-person sales. Ask TicketingHub to demonstrate the complete booking and check-in journey against your requirements.
