## Zaui’s published Free and Enterprise models

Zaui’s FAQ describes a $0 monthly Free plan with a 6% service fee on consumer online bookings and Stripe as the gateway. It states that an onboarding fee may apply. Enterprise pricing is custom and may use a subscription or lower transaction-fee structure, with API access and additional gateway options.

## Scope and contractual terms

The Free plan description includes the booking engine, back office, mobile app, channel manager, onboarding and support. Confirm your order form, channel fees and renewal terms directly; do not assume every account has the same rate or can cancel without commitments.

## TicketingHub’s published pricing

TicketingHub lists 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with cash sales free and no monthly or setup fee. You can absorb the booking fee or pass it to guests. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Confirm additional services and contract terms in your proposal.

## What 6% versus 3% does and does not show

On an identical £10,000 of qualifying consumer online booking value, 6% is £600 and 3% is £300. This halves the headline software-fee amount in that example, not necessarily your total fees. Processing, other channels, onboarding, custom Enterprise terms and who pays the fee can change the operator’s actual cost.

## Transport and operational requirements

Bring examples of routes, pickup points, group bookings and shared resources to both suppliers. Confirm multi-leg fares, vehicle allocations, seating or other specialist requirements separately. Demonstrate the exact booking and departure process before treating the systems as equivalent.

## Test the complete booking journey

Demonstrate your products, ticket categories, shared capacity, mobile checkout, confirmations and staff access. Confirm distribution partners, product mapping, cancellations, devices and reports directly. Check any specialist operational requirements separately.

## TicketingHub changes and waivers

Magic Link offers eligible self-service changes according to product settings and deadlines. Digital waivers can use the separate Smartwaiver integration; confirm its subscription, signing journey and staff checks. Test your own participant requirements and change policy.

## Agree the migration scope

Confirm which products, future bookings, customer records and vouchers can be imported from available exports. Agree costs, timing, payment-provider arrangements and responsibility for existing refunds. Reconcile capacity, test connections and train staff before the cutover.

## Compare complete written proposals

Use your actual sales mix to compare software fees, processing, marketplace commissions, taxes, optional services and implementation. Confirm support and contractual terms before choosing a replacement.
