## Frequently asked questions.

### How much does TicketingHub cost?

3% per successful booking, for bookings made online, through OTAs or paid by card in person. Cash sales are free. There’s no monthly fee, setup fee or contract, and your payment provider charges separately for card processing.

### Are there any hidden fees or contracts?

No. The only other cost is card processing, which your own payment provider charges at its own rate. There’s no contract: stop whenever you like.

### What does the 3% fee cover?

The whole platform, with no plans or add-ons: the booking widget, point of sale and ticket scanning, OTA and reseller connections, guest emails and SMS reminders, reports and the API. Card processing isn’t included; your payment provider charges it.

### Does the 3% apply to cash sales and OTA bookings too?

It applies to OTA bookings, such as those from Viator and GetYourGuide, and to card payments in person. Cash sales are free.

### How does TicketingHub compare to FareHarbor and Bókun on price?

FareHarbor doesn’t publish one price; its help centre names a 6% booking fee, paid by guests, for businesses under $35,000 of online bookings a year. Bókun charges $49 to $499 a month plus 1–1.5% of online bookings. TicketingHub is 3% per booking with no monthly fee.

### Is there enterprise pricing available?

Yes. If you sell more than £2 million a year (about $2.5 million), email carl@ticketinghub.com for pricing set to your volume.

### Is there a free trial?

There’s no trial period because there’s nothing to pay up front: you pay 3% only when you take a booking. Book a demo and we’ll set up your account with you.
