A guided camping departure and a campground stay have different requirements. Nightly pitch availability, RV dimensions, cabin allocations, utility metering and housekeeping need specialist assessment. Do not assume a tour-booking setup provides a complete campground property-management system.

## Participant information and group limits

Set the participant places you intend to sell and publish relevant experience, accessibility and other participation requirements. Test details for each person in a group. Booking answers support preparation; suitability and operating decisions remain with your team.

## Guides, transport and equipment

Participant capacity is different from guide allocation, vehicle seats and equipment stock. Demonstrate shared-resource constraints across departures. Maintenance, equipment checks and rental damage handling require their own process or tools.

## Arrival details and changed itineraries
