Escape-room bookings, from team selection to arrival
TicketingHub helps operators sell bookable experiences on their website, manage scheduled ticket availability and keep booking information together. Your setup can be reviewed around the way you sell each game: a private room, individual places or a group package.
A booking flow on your existing website
An embedded booking widget gives visitors a direct route from reading about a game to reserving an available session. Your product description can explain team size, duration, inclusions and participation requirements.

Private-room bookings and per-person tickets
An exclusive room reservation is different from selling individual places in a shared game. A useful demo shows what happens when one team books and what the next visitor can still buy.
Your team sizes, minimum charges and pricing rules provide concrete examples to test. The booking needs to show the correct total for both a small team and a larger group.
Room availability and reset time
Configure the products, dates, times and ticket availability for the experiences you sell. A practical walkthrough includes two games with different durations and a booking moving to another session.
Automatic room allocation, cleanup buffers, shared hosts and overlapping activities need checking against your timetable. A list of bookable session times alone does not establish that every resource rule is covered.
Groups, parties and combined experiences
A birthday party or team event may need different ticket options and organiser details from a standard game. A useful demo covers the party size, inclusions and a change in attendance.
Deposits, provisional reservations, dependent add-ons and multi-activity packages need individual review against your booking process.
Guest communication and waiver integrations
Booking confirmations and reminders can carry the venue, arrival time and practical game details. Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled, with available actions depending on your setup.
Where you use digital waivers, TicketingHub offers a Smartwaiver integration. It is a separate service; per-participant signing, staff checks and service costs need reviewing against your workflow.

Online and front-desk sales
TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside its website widget. A demonstration can follow an advance booking and a walk-up team, including the payment method and the reservation information staff need.
Clear pricing for escape-room bookings
TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
