How TicketingHub’s marketing website uses cookies, browser storage, Google Analytics in cookieless Consent Mode (cookies only if you accept), and the Cal.com demo embed—with choices you can change anytime.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. On this marketing site we also use browser storage (local storage) to remember your cookie choice—whether you accept or reject non-essential analytics—so we do not have to show the notice on every page load.
This policy describes the public marketing website for TicketingHub (for example ticketinghub.com and localized paths). It does not replace terms for our logged-in product; those are covered separately where you sign in.
We use the following categories on this site:
Strictly necessary. Needed to run the site securely and to remember your cookie preference. This includes the storage key we set when you choose Accept or Reject (see below).
Analytics (non-essential). We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Google’s Consent Mode to measure how visitors use our pages (for example which pages are viewed and general traffic). Until you click Accept, GA4 sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; it only sends anonymous, cookieless signals that we use for aggregate statistics. If you click Reject, GA4 stays in this cookieless, anonymous mode. Advertising features are always disabled.
Third-party scheduling. Our Book a demo page embeds Cal.com. When you use that embed, Cal.com may set cookies or use similar technologies under their own policies.
Name: th_cookie_consent (stored in local storage, not a traditional HTTP cookie).
Purpose: Stores whether you chose Accept or Reject for non-essential analytics.
Duration: Until you clear site data for our domain (which resets your choice and may show the notice again).
By default—and if you Reject—GA4 runs without cookies or identifiers stored on your device, and Google receives only anonymous, aggregated pings. If you accept analytics, Google may set cookies such as _ga and _gid to distinguish visitors and sessions. Names and retention can change; see Google’s current documentation. When you interact with the scheduling widget, Cal.com may use cookies as described in their documentation. See: Cal.com Privacy.
