Winery and vineyard visitor bookings on your website

TicketingHub helps wineries and vineyards sell tours, tastings and other bookable experiences on their website. Visitors can choose an available date, time and ticket option, while your team manages reservations and ticket availability.

A clear booking journey for each experience

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a direct route from reading about your tasting or vineyard tour to reserving a place. Your description can explain the duration, meeting point, wines or other inclusions and participation requirements.

Tasting times and tour availability

Configure products, dates, session times and ticket limits around your visitor programme. A useful demonstration includes a party booking the final places and a staff member reviewing the remaining availability.

A shared tasting room, guide or vineyard route can introduce extra capacity rules. Table allocation, overlapping experiences and minimum group sizes need a walkthrough using your actual timetable.

Private groups and special events

A private tasting can have a different booking process from a public tour sold by the seat. Your pricing, party sizes and organiser-information requirements give us practical examples to test.

Packages, deposits, provisional reservations and invoice terms need reviewing against your setup before they are used for an event.

Website, cellar-door and reseller sales

TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside its website widget and supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide. A demo can follow an online booking, a reseller reservation and a walk-up visitor booking.

Arrival information and guest changes

Booking confirmations and reminders can carry arrival details and practical information for the visit. Magic Link supports guest-managed booking changes where enabled; available actions depend on your setup.

A useful walkthrough follows a party moving to another tasting and shows the effect on remaining places and the details staff see.

Visitor ticketing and wine-stock management

Ticket availability tracks places in a visitor experience. It is different from bottle inventory, wine production, cellar accounting and shipping. Those workflows need specialist systems or a confirmed integration.

Wine-club subscriptions, membership renewals and table-service restaurant operations also need a separate fit assessment.

Clear pricing for winery bookings

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
