What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. On this marketing site we also use browser storage (local storage) to remember whether you accept or reject analytics cookies, so we do not have to show the notice on every page load.
How we use cookies and similar technologies
This policy describes the public marketing website for TicketingHub (for example ticketinghub.com and localized paths). It does not replace terms for our logged-in product; those are covered separately where you sign in.
We use the following categories on this site:
Strictly necessary. Needed to run the site securely and to remember your cookie preference. This includes the storage key we set when you choose Accept or Reject (see below).
Analytics (non-essential). We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Google Consent Mode in its advanced configuration. GA4 loads on every visit, but analytics storage is denied by default. Before you choose, and after you click Reject analytics, GA4 does not read or write analytics cookies. Google may still receive cookieless measurement pings and use them for aggregated or modelled reporting. Clicking Accept analytics grants analytics storage and allows GA4 analytics cookies. Advertising storage, user data and personalisation remain denied in both cases.
Third-party scheduling. Our Book a demo page embeds Cal.com. When you use that embed, Cal.com may set cookies or use similar technologies under their own policies.
Details we use on this website
Cookie preference (browser storage)
Name: th_cookie_consent (stored in local storage, not a traditional HTTP cookie).
Purpose: Stores whether you chose Accept analytics or Reject analytics.
Duration: Until you clear site data for our domain (which resets your choice and may show the notice again).
Google Analytics 4 and Consent Mode
When analytics storage is denied, cookieless pings can include the page URL and title, referrer, event timestamp, consent state, and basic browser or device information sent with the request. They do not include a GA analytics-cookie identifier. Google may process the request IP address and other request data under its terms. When analytics storage is accepted, Google may also set cookies such as _ga to distinguish visitors and sessions. Cookie names and retention can change. See the Google Consent Mode documentation (opens in a new tab) and Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Cal.com (Book a demo)
When you interact with the scheduling widget, Cal.com may use cookies as described in their documentation. See: Cal.com Privacy (opens in a new tab).
Your choices
- Choose Accept analytics to allow GA4 analytics cookies, or Reject analytics to keep analytics storage denied while allowing cookieless measurement pings. To change your choice later, clear site data for our domain and reload the page.
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect how some features work.
Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date below.
Language
This document is written in English, and the English version takes precedence. If we publish a translation, it is for convenience only: where a translation and the English version differ, the English version applies, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
