Adventure park sessions and visitor bookings
Help guests choose an experience, reserve available places and understand arrival requirements. TicketingHub supports online bookings and payments for bookable adventure-park sessions.

Session times and participant places
Show the start time, duration, inclusions and arrival instructions for each experience. Distinguish park admission from separately reserved activities so guests choose the correct ticket.
Capacity and shared resources
Set availability around the places you intend to sell. Ticket limits are different from instructor allocations, equipment quantities and activity turnaround. Demonstrate shared-resource constraints when several products use the same team or course.
Participant requirements and groups
Publish relevant age, height, experience, accessibility and supervision requirements as specified by your operation. Test participant details for each person in a group. Booking answers support preparation; suitability checks and operational decisions remain with your team.
Digital waivers and arrival messages
Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm its subscription, group-signing workflow and how staff identify outstanding forms. Use confirmations and reminders for meeting points, arrival times, clothing guidance and contact details. Waivers do not replace safety procedures.
Guest changes and cancelled sessions
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which changes need staff approval. Publish the policy for weather or operational closures and test contacting affected guests.
Online and entrance ticket sales
Combine advance website bookings with in-person sales where suitable. Test finding a reservation, checking validity and adding a walk-in guest without exceeding availability. Confirm hardware and connectivity requirements.
Ticketing and wider park management
Equipment inspections, maintenance, staff rotas, incident records and physical access control require separate assessment. Do not assume a booking dashboard replaces the park's operational systems. Season passes and memberships also need their exact entitlement and renewal rules demonstrated.
Distribution and booking reports
Check supported reseller connections, product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. Use booking reports to review demand by session or product. A distribution connection does not guarantee growth, and sales reports do not replace physical occupancy records.
Questions about adventure park booking software
Can several activities share capacity? Demonstrate your activity structure and resource constraints. Does the system manage inspections? Assess specialist maintenance processes separately. Can groups amend bookings? Test your group sizes and approval policies.
Preparing to launch
Agree future-booking import requirements, then test checkout, participant details, waiver completion, staff sales and a cancellation before opening availability.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
