Windsurfing and kitesurfing lesson bookings

Help guests choose a suitable lesson, reserve an available session and understand what to bring. TicketingHub supports bookings and payments for bookable watersports experiences on your website.

Lesson levels and participant information

booking widgets, receive bookings and payments

Explain whether a session is introductory, progressive or private, along with its duration and inclusions. Make age, experience and other participation requirements visible before guests reserve.

Collect relevant participant details and test the information needed for each person in a group. Booking answers support preparation; instructors remain responsible for assessing suitability and conditions.

Session capacity, instructors and equipment

Set ticket availability around the sessions you can deliver. Separate participant places from instructor availability and equipment allocations, then demonstrate any shared-resource rules before launch.

A lesson reservation does not automatically manage equipment maintenance, rental deposits or damage records. If you offer board and kite hire as well as tuition, test those workflows separately.

Weather-related changes

Publish clear rules for unsuitable conditions, rescheduling and refunds. Explain who makes the decision, how guests will be contacted and what alternatives may be offered.

Ticketing software does not determine whether wind or water conditions are safe. Keep operational decisions with your team, and test how a cancelled session and its affected bookings are handled.

Arrival details and guest changes

Use confirmations and reminders to share the meeting point, arrival time, clothing guidance and contact details. Keep instructions consistent with the booked lesson and location.

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide what guests can change themselves and which requests need staff approval.

Digital waivers and sales channels

Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm subscription costs, participant signing and how staff check completion. A signed waiver does not replace your safety procedures.

Check supported reseller connections against your specific lesson products. Confirm listing eligibility, availability mapping and marketplace commissions before adding another channel.
