Filming-location tours and guest reservations
Help guests choose a movie or TV tour, reserve an available departure and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for suitable guided experiences and private groups.

Routes, dates and ticket inclusions
Describe the filming locations visited, duration, guiding language and meeting point. Explain whether transport, venue admission and optional activities are included or paid separately. Keep the itinerary consistent with the ticket purchased.
Tour places and venue access
A tour reservation does not automatically secure studio admission, private-property access or entry to every location on a route. Confirm supplier allocations, opening hours and permission arrangements before selling the itinerary.
Departure capacity and shared resources
Set availability around the participant places you intend to sell. Ticket capacity is different from guide availability, vehicle assignment and venue allocations. Demonstrate shared-resource constraints where products use the same team or transport.
Private groups and participant details
Clarify group sizes, pricing, age guidance and accessibility information. Decide which visits book instantly and which require staff approval. Test quotes, deposits, invoices and payment deadlines where your group-sales process requires them.
Meeting instructions and route changes
Use confirmations and reminders for the exact meeting point, arrival time, how to recognise the guide and contact details. Explain how guests hear about route changes or unavailable venues. Do not imply guaranteed access to working sets or performers.
Guest amendments and cancellations
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Language, venue or private-group amendments may need staff approval. Publish cancellation rules and test guest notifications, rescheduling and refunds.
Website and reseller sales
Confirm supported channels, product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. A connection does not guarantee an 80% increase in bookings. Use booking reports to review demand by departure or product.
Questions about movie and TV tour bookings
Does a ticket include studio entry? Only where explicitly included and arranged. Can groups choose a language? Demonstrate the product structure and guide constraints. Does the software arrange location permissions? Treat those as the operator's separate responsibility.
Preparing to switch reservations
Agree future-booking import fields and a cutover plan. Test checkout, ticket inclusions, meeting instructions, confirmations and an amendment before opening availability.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
