Surf lessons and participant reservations
Help guests choose a lesson, reserve an available session and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for suitable surf-school sessions, guided experiences and private groups.
Lesson levels and course bookings
Explain duration, location, intended experience level and inclusions before checkout. Distinguish a trial lesson, individual session and multi-session course. Lesson packs, credits and recurring enrolment need specific checks.
Participant details and group limits
Publish relevant age, experience, accessibility and participation requirements specified by your operation. Collect necessary details for each guest and confirm staff review. Booking answers do not replace suitability checks, instruction or operating decisions.
Instructors and equipment allocations
Set availability around the lesson places you intend to sell. Participant capacity is different from instructor allocation, board sizes, wetsuit quantities and turnaround time. Demonstrate shared-resource constraints across sessions.
Rentals and surf camps
Equipment hired for a duration and a multi-day camp have different requirements from a lesson place. Test deposits, returns, damage records, accommodation and later balance payments where needed. A lesson checkout does not establish complete rental or camp management.
Waivers and arrival instructions
Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm subscription costs, guardian signing and how staff check completion. Use confirmations and reminders for meeting points, arrival times, clothing guidance and contact details. Forms do not replace safety procedures.
Weather changes and guest amendments
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which group or lesson-level requests need approval. Publish the policy for unsuitable conditions and test guest notifications. Software does not assess sea conditions.
Website sales and operational records
Confirm required integrations and any reseller product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. Distribution does not guarantee growth. Equipment maintenance, instructor qualifications and operating records need their own processes or tools.
Questions about surf school booking software
Can students reserve a course? Demonstrate dates, credits and attendance rules. Does booking allocate equipment sizes? Test that exact requirement. Can weather-affected lessons move? Agree your policy and demonstrate the available change options.
Preparing to launch
Agree future-booking import requirements. Test checkout, participant details, waiver handling, confirmations and a cancellation before opening availability.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
