Theme park admission and ticket bookings
Give visitors a clear way to choose admission, reserve an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports online reservations and in-person ticket sales for bookable park visits and experiences.

Admission dates and ticket types
Explain ticket validity, age categories and inclusions. Distinguish day tickets, timed entry and separately booked experiences. Test shared capacity when several products use one allocation. Ticket availability does not automatically measure park occupancy or manage ride queues.
Family and group reservations
Make family-ticket eligibility and group limits clear before checkout. Demonstrate participant quantities and group amendments. For schools and private events, confirm any approval, invoicing, deposit or payment-deadline process.
Online and entrance sales
Combine website reservations with entrance sales where suitable. Test finding a booking, checking validity and selling a walk-in admission during a busy period. Confirm hardware, connectivity and gate integration separately. Biometrics and cashless wristbands should not be assumed from a ticketing feature list.
Ticketing and wider park management
Ride maintenance, staff scheduling, retail stock, food-service sales and operating procedures need specialist systems or processes. If season passes are essential, demonstrate renewals, entitlement validation, repeat entry and benefits using your actual rules. Customer records alone do not establish complete pass management.
Visitor messages and changes
Use confirmations and reminders for arrival times, entrances, ticket conditions and contact details. TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Publish clear policies for closures, missed slots and cancelled experiences.
Distribution and reporting
Confirm supported reseller connections, commissions, validity and availability mapping for each product. Distribution does not guarantee growth. Ticket sales, website acquisition, physical attendance and ride operations require appropriate, distinct reporting.
Questions about theme park ticketing
Does ticketing manage maintenance? Do not assume it does. Can tickets work with existing gates? Bring the supplier, hardware and validation rules to a demo. Test the exact connection before committing.
Preparing to switch admission systems
Agree future-booking import requirements. Test checkout, confirmations, entrance sales, ticket validation and a booking amendment before a planned cutover.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
