Vendini is now AudienceView

If you are searching for a Vendini alternative, first identify the product your organisation uses today. AudienceView’s official Vendini page states that Vendini is now AudienceView and provides an account login link for existing users. Describing the whole service simply as gone overlooks that current route for customers.

AudienceView announced its acquisition of Vendini in May 2019. That history does not establish your present product version, contract or migration obligations. Check your current account and agreement before comparing replacement platforms.

Compare your organisation’s actual requirements

AudienceView’s current Vendini landing page links to ticketing, packages, events, donations, memberships and box-office tools. If your organisation depends on those functions, include them explicitly in any replacement assessment.

TicketingHub is an option for tour, activity and attraction operators who want website bookings, reseller availability management and point-of-sale ticket sales. Ask for a demonstration of your timed departures and ticket rules. Do not assume it replaces every performing-arts, fundraising or reserved-seating workflow.

Check the booking and admission journey

Test a mobile purchase, a staff-entered sale, a ticket change and check-in. If you use seat maps, subscriptions, donations, member entitlements or an external customer database, confirm how each requirement would work before committing.

For distribution, list your actual resellers and confirm each integration. For TicketingHub, demonstrate eligible Magic Link guest changes under your own policies and deadlines rather than assuming all bookings can be changed without restrictions.

Compare current pricing, not historical Vendini rates

Use the proposal or agreement for your current AudienceView product. Historical Vendini charges and old reviews do not establish what your organisation pays today. Request an itemised total covering software, payment processing, selected services and any transition work.

TicketingHub charges 3% per successful online, OTA or card-paid in-person booking, with no monthly or setup fee. Cash sales are free. Operators can absorb the fee or pass it on; payment processing and marketplace commissions are separate.

For £10,000 in bookings subject to the 3% service fee, the service fee is £300 before separate charges. Compare this with your actual current costs using the same sales mix. Published pricing is not a guarantee of permanent rates or automatic savings.

Can customer and booking records transfer?

Have the team assess accessible exports, data fields and import compatibility. Check future reservations, balances, vouchers and customer permissions after any transfer. No platform can promise that every record or specialist function will migrate without review.

Plan the move before changing live sales

Agree which products, future bookings, vouchers and customer records can transfer, plus migration costs and timing. Test payments, refunds, availability and confirmations before launch. Keep one clear source of capacity during a parallel trial to avoid selling the same places twice.

See your own workflow in a demo

Bring a typical product, a busy day and your existing integrations. Ask TicketingHub to demonstrate booking, payment, guest changes and check-in against your requirements.
