Ghost town admission and guided-tour bookings

Help visitors choose admission or a guided departure, reserve available places and receive clear arrival instructions. TicketingHub supports online bookings and in-person ticket sales for bookable ghost town visits and experiences.

Admission and guided departures

booking process, checkout process, booking widget features

Explain whether a ticket covers site admission, a guided tour or a particular event. Make validity dates, meeting points, duration and inclusions clear before checkout.

Use session availability for timed visits and departures. Test shared capacity when admission and several tours use one allocation. Ticket availability does not automatically count everyone physically on the site.

Seasonal schedules and special events

Publish the dates and opening hours you intend to sell, including seasonal closures and special evening events. Explain how late arrivals and visits affected by conditions are handled.

Test an amendment to one departure without changing unrelated visits. If several products rely on the same guides or spaces, demonstrate how those constraints are handled.

Groups, schools and private visits

Make participant categories, group limits and any access restrictions visible. Collect relevant details and clarify whether larger groups can book instantly or need staff approval.

Confirm the process for private visits, school purchase orders, deposits and payment deadlines. A standard ticket checkout may not cover every group arrangement.

Arrival information and guest changes

Use confirmations and reminders to share the entrance, parking directions, meeting point, arrival time and contact details. Describe uneven terrain or access limitations accurately so visitors can plan.

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which requests guests can handle themselves and which require your team.

Online, entrance and reseller sales

Combine advance website reservations with entrance sales where suitable. Test finding a booking, checking ticket validity and adding a walk-in visitor during a busy period.

Confirm hardware and connectivity requirements. For reseller connections, check the specific marketplace, product eligibility, capacity mapping and commissions rather than assuming every experience can be distributed everywhere.

Booking costs and reporting

TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.

Review bookings by product and visit time to understand seasonal demand. A reseller connection or booking tool does not guarantee an 80% increase in reservations.
