Admission bookings and guided visits in one system
TicketingHub helps historic-site teams sell tickets on their website, manage scheduled availability and handle in-person sales. Visitors can choose an available date, arrival time or guided visit before paying.
A booking flow on your existing website
An embedded booking widget gives visitors a direct route from reading about your site to reserving admission. Ticket descriptions can explain what is included, where to enter and whether a guided visit has a separate departure time.

Timed admission and guided-tour capacity
Configure the dates, times and ticket availability for your admission products and tours. A useful demonstration includes a family taking the final places and a staff member checking the remaining availability.
Separate house-and-garden tickets, shared guides and restricted rooms can introduce extra capacity rules. A walkthrough using your programme can establish how these would be configured. Ticket availability and live occupancy tracking are different requirements.
School visits and group reservations
A school visit may need organiser details, group sizes and arrival arrangements that differ from family admission. A practical demo follows a group reservation through confirmation, an attendance change and arrival at the desk.
Teacher places, deposits, purchase orders and invoice terms need checking against your group-booking process.
Website, entrance and reseller sales
TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside its website widget and supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide. A useful test follows a website booking, a reseller reservation and a walk-up sale for the same visit.

Visitor information and booking changes
Booking confirmations and reminders can carry arrival times, entrance details and practical visit information. Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled; the available actions depend on your booking setup.
Memberships, donations and Gift Aid
Admission ticketing is different from managing membership renewals, donor records and Gift Aid declarations. TicketingHub’s booking features do not establish support for those workflows. They need a separate fit assessment alongside any specialist systems your organisation uses.
Clear pricing for historic-site bookings
TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
