Hot spring visits and geothermal tour reservations
Give visitors a clear way to choose an experience, reserve an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for suitable admission products, sessions and guided geothermal tours.

Admission, bathing sessions and guided visits
These experiences have different booking requirements. Explain duration, dates, entry times and inclusions before checkout. Distinguish a bathing session from a guided geyser visit and make separately charged areas or services clear.
Visitor capacity and shared allocations
Set availability around the places you intend to sell. Test shared capacity where products use one allocation. Ticket availability does not automatically measure physical occupancy, manage changing rooms or allocate every facility.
Site information and operating conditions
Publish accurate access, age and participation requirements supplied by your operation. A booking platform does not monitor geyser activity, predict eruptions, measure water conditions or make site-safety decisions. Keep operating information and decisions with the site team.
Groups and special visits
Clarify group limits, accompanying adults, accessibility information and any staff-approval process. Test purchase orders, deposits, invoices and payment deadlines for educational or private groups.
Arrival messages and guest changes
Use confirmations and reminders for the entrance, meeting point, arrival time, ticket conditions and contact details. TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which requests need staff approval.
Closures and cancelled sessions
Explain who contacts guests when a visit cannot run and what rescheduling or refund arrangements apply. Test cancelling a session and handling all affected reservations. Ticketing does not replace site procedures or condition checks.
Entrance sales and distribution
Test finding reservations, checking validity and selling walk-in admission where suitable. Confirm hardware and connectivity requirements. For resellers, verify product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping before connecting channels.
Questions about geothermal visitor bookings
Does the software provide live eruption updates? No such capability is established here. Can admission and sessions share capacity? Demonstrate your allocation rules. Does booking manage water-treatment systems? Assess specialist operational tools separately.
Preparing to launch
Agree future-booking import requirements. Test checkout, visitor instructions, staff ticket checks and an amendment before opening sales.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
