Private-tour reservations built around your group

TicketingHub helps private-tour operators sell bookable experiences on their website and manage reservations in a central system. Your setup can be reviewed around the way you sell: a whole departure, individual places or a custom experience arranged after an enquiry.

Make the price and booking options clear

A private booking can combine a base group price, a participant limit and extra-person charges. A useful demo uses your real price examples so you can check the total shown to a small group and a larger party.

Minimum charges, dependent add-ons and shared capacity rules need checking against your products. A per-person ticket limit is different from reserving an entire departure exclusively.

Website bookings and custom enquiries

TicketingHub’s booking widget can be embedded in your existing website, letting visitors select an available product and pay online. Your tour description can explain the itinerary, inclusions and which details the organiser needs to provide.

A bespoke itinerary may require an enquiry and an agreed quote before a reservation is confirmed. Your team can review that handover separately from an instantly bookable product.

Deposits and confirmation status

A deposit payment, a payment-request link and a confirmed reservation can behave differently. A practical walkthrough follows the amount due now, any outstanding balance, the booking status and the confirmation sent to the organiser.

Deposit availability depends on the checkout and product setup. The exact workflow needs demonstrating before you rely on it for a private group.

Departure availability and shared resources

Configure products, dates, times and ticket availability around your private tours. A useful test includes two enquiries for the same departure and a confirmed group moving to another date.

Shared guides, vehicles, language-specific departures and overlapping itineraries need a walkthrough using your actual allocation rules.

Keep the organiser informed

Booking confirmations and reminders can carry the meeting point, departure time and practical details. Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled, with the available actions depending on your setup.

Your demo can show a change in party size or date and how your team finds the current reservation details.

Clear pricing for private-tour bookings

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
