River rafting and tubing reservations
Help guests choose a river trip, reserve an available departure and understand what to bring. TicketingHub supports website bookings and payments for bookable rafting and tubing experiences.
Departure times and participant places
Make the route, duration, start time, meeting location and inclusions clear before checkout. Set ticket availability around the places you can sell for each departure.
Participant capacity is different from raft allocation, guide availability, shuttle seats and equipment stock. Demonstrate any shared-resource rules when several trips rely on the same team or kit.
Group bookings and participation requirements
Explain age, experience, accessibility and other participation requirements before guests reserve. Test the information needed for each participant when one person books for a group.
Booking answers support preparation; they do not replace suitability checks, briefings or operational decisions by your team. Confirm how staff review information and contact a guest when clarification is needed.
Digital waivers and arrival instructions
Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm its subscription, group-signing process and how staff identify outstanding forms before departure.

Use confirmations and reminders for the meeting point, arrival time, clothing guidance, transport arrangements and contact details. Waivers and booking confirmations do not replace your safety procedures.
Water conditions and cancelled departures
Publish the policy for trips affected by water levels, weather or operational restrictions. Explain who makes the decision, how guests are contacted and what rescheduling or refund options apply.
Ticketing software does not assess river conditions or decide whether a trip can operate. Test cancelling a departure, contacting its guests and handling their reservations.
Guest changes and sales channels
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within the options and deadlines configured for each product. Decide which group amendments, cancellations and reschedules need staff approval.
Check supported reseller connections against your specific trips. Confirm product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. A connection does not guarantee an increase in bookings.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
