The tiers differ by features, not by rate. Whichever plan you pick, every online booking costs 3%. Gift vouchers, automated notifications and packages only arrive at $99 a month, and API access at $249.
What Rezdy's price doesn't include
- Card processing. RezdyPay charges 1.45% + $0.30 on domestic cards and 2.9% + $0.30 on international cards, on top of the 3% booking fee. Using Stripe or PayPal instead means their rates apply.
- Marketplace commission. Viator, GetYourGuide and Rezdy's own agent network take their own cut, typically 20% to 30%, before Rezdy's 3% applies.
- Offline sales. Phone, walk-up and agent bookings cost a flat $0.70 to $1 each. At a busy front desk that adds up faster than it looks.
Can you pass Rezdy's 3% on to guests?
Yes. Rezdy lets you absorb the 3% or add it to the guest's price at checkout. Most operators absorb it, because a visible surcharge on a tour costs bookings. Either way the monthly fee is yours.
What Rezdy costs on $8,000 of bookings a month
Take a month of 100 online bookings at $80 and 20 phone bookings at $80. That is $9,600 in sales, $8,000 of it online.

TicketingHub charges 3% per booking with no monthly fee and no charge on offline or OTA bookings, so the same month costs $240 plus your payment provider's card fees. The difference is the subscription and the per-booking offline fees: $69 a month on Foundation, $263 on Expansion.
