Ancient ruins admission and guided visits
Give visitors a clear way to choose admission, reserve an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports online bookings and in-person ticket sales for bookable archaeological-site visits and experiences.

Admission and guided departures
Explain whether a ticket covers site entry, a guided tour or a special event. Show validity dates, entry times, duration and inclusions before checkout. Make separately charged areas or activities clear.
Timed entry and shared allocations
Set availability around the visitor places you intend to sell. Test shared capacity when general admission and guided tours draw from one allocation. Ticket availability does not automatically measure occupancy across the site or manage physical access.
School groups and private visits
Clarify group limits, accompanying adults, language options and learning sessions. Decide which visits can book instantly and which need staff approval. Test purchase orders, deposits, invoices and payment deadlines against your actual group-sales process.
Access information and arrival instructions
Use confirmations and reminders for the entrance, meeting point, arrival time and contact details. Publish accurate information about uneven ground, steps, exposed areas and access limitations. A booking does not replace your site's visitor or security procedures.
Visitor changes and site closures
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which requests require staff approval. Explain how guests hear about closures and what rescheduling or refund arrangements apply.
Entrance sales and reseller connections
Test finding a reservation, checking validity and selling walk-in admission where suitable. Confirm hardware, connectivity and any separate access-control integration. For resellers, check product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping.
Ticketing and archaeological-site management
Conservation records, collection catalogues, fieldwork data and building maintenance are separate requirements. Do not assume an admission-booking dashboard replaces archaeological or heritage-management systems.
Questions about ancient ruins ticketing
Can admission and guided tours share availability? Demonstrate the required allocations. Can groups select a guiding language? Test your departure structure. Does ticketing manage conservation records? Assess that specialist requirement separately.
Preparing to switch visitor bookings
Agree supported import fields and a cutover plan for future visits. Test checkout, visitor instructions, ticket checks and an amendment before opening availability.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
