Safari reservations, from departure choice to arrival

TicketingHub helps safari operators sell scheduled experiences on their website, manage ticket availability and bring supported reseller bookings into one system. Guests can choose an available date, time and ticket option before paying.

A booking flow on your existing website

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a route from reading about your safari to reserving a place. Your description can explain the itinerary, departure point, duration, inclusions and participation requirements.

Scheduled departures and group limits

Configure products, dates, departure times and ticket availability around the experiences you sell. A useful demo includes a group taking the final places and a staff member reviewing remaining reservations.

Allocating guides, vehicles or individual seats can involve rules beyond a ticket limit. Shared vehicles, overlapping departures and pickup arrangements need testing against your operating model.

Private groups and custom itineraries

A private safari may have a different price and confirmation process from a scheduled departure sold by the seat. Your group sizes, base charges and extra-person rules provide useful examples for a walkthrough.

Accommodation, multi-day itineraries, supplier costs and complex packages need separate assessment. Selling a scheduled experience does not establish a complete itinerary or lodge-management system.

Guest information and booking changes

Booking confirmations and reminders can carry departure details and practical arrival information. Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled; available actions depend on your setup.

A practical demonstration follows a guest moving to another departure and shows the effect on availability and the reservation details staff see.

Direct, in-person and reseller sales

TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside website bookings and supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide. A demo can trace a reseller reservation into the same booking operation as a direct sale.

Payments and confirmation status

Deposits, payment-request links and confirmed reservations can behave differently. Your demo can follow the amount due now, any balance, booking status and confirmation sent to the organiser. The exact workflow depends on the checkout and product setup.

Clear pricing for safari bookings

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
