Timed admission, website bookings and entrance sales

TicketingHub helps observation-deck teams sell admission on their website, configure arrival slots and ticket availability, and bring supported reseller bookings into the same system. Staff can manage bookings and in-person ticket sales alongside advance reservations.

Clear pricing for your ticket sales

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.

Let visitors choose their arrival time

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a way to select a date, available arrival slot and ticket option on your existing website. Ticket descriptions can explain what is included, where to enter and how early to arrive.

Match ticket availability to your admission plan

Configure the dates, times and ticket availability for the admission products you sell. A practical demo includes a family booking the final places in a slot and a staff member checking the remaining availability.

Arrival-slot availability is different from measuring how many people are physically on the deck. Lift capacity, visit duration, overlapping admissions and live occupancy controls need separate assessment against your access systems and operating rules.

Bring website, desk and reseller bookings together

TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools for in-person ticket sales and supported connections to marketplaces such as Viator and GetYourGuide. Your team can review the ticket types, availability rules and payment methods supported by each channel.

Follow a ticket from purchase to arrival

A useful entrance demonstration starts with a confirmed online booking, then follows the visitor arriving at the desk. It covers finding the reservation, checking tickets and handling a party with several ticket types.

Scanners, turnstiles, lift controls, re-entry and offline operation are specific requirements to confirm. A booking widget alone does not establish compatibility with every entrance device.

Give visitors clear arrival and change information

Booking confirmations and reminders help visitors keep their date, time and entrance instructions to hand. Magic Link supports guest-managed booking changes where enabled; available actions depend on your setup.

Weather-related closures and restricted visibility need your own operating policy. A walkthrough can show how staff would find affected bookings and manage the changes your policy allows.
