Castle admission and guided-tour bookings
Give visitors a clear way to choose admission, reserve an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports online reservations and in-person ticket sales for bookable castle visits and experiences.

Admission and guided departures
Explain whether each ticket includes grounds, interiors, a guided tour or a special event. Show validity dates, entry times, duration and meeting points before checkout. Make separately charged experiences clear.
Timed entry and shared capacity
Set availability around the visitor allocations you intend to sell. Test shared capacity when general admission and guided tours use the same spaces. Ticket availability does not automatically measure occupancy across rooms or manage physical access.
Schools and private groups
Clarify group sizes, accompanying adults, learning sessions and accessibility requirements. Decide which visits book instantly and which need staff approval. Test purchase orders, deposits, invoices and payment deadlines against your actual process.
Visitor access and arrival details
Use confirmations and reminders for the entrance, arrival time, parking directions and contact details. Publish accurate information about stairs, uneven surfaces and restricted areas. A reservation does not replace the site's access or safety procedures.
Booking changes and site closures
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which changes need staff approval. Explain how guests are contacted about closures and what rescheduling or refund options apply.
Entrance sales and distribution
Test finding a reservation, checking ticket validity and selling walk-in admission where suitable. Confirm hardware, connectivity and access-control requirements separately. Check reseller product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping before connecting channels.
Ticketing and heritage-site operations
Conservation records, collections management, building maintenance, retail stock and memberships are distinct requirements. Demonstrate specialist workflows rather than assuming they are included in admission ticketing.
Questions about castle ticketing software
Can admission and guided tours share an allocation? Demonstrate the required capacity rules. Can schools pay by invoice? Test your approval and payment process. Does a ticket cover all areas? Communicate the exact inclusions and apply your site's entry procedures.
Preparing to switch admission bookings
Agree supported future-booking import fields and a cutover plan. Test checkout, visitor instructions, staff sales and an amendment before launch.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
