Dam visits and guided-tour reservations
Help visitors choose a tour, reserve an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings and ticket sales for bookable dam visits and visitor experiences.

Timed visits and departure capacity
Explain each tour’s duration, start time, inclusions and meeting point. Set availability around the visitor places you intend to sell. Test shared capacity when several products use the same allocation. Ticket availability does not automatically count people inside each part of a site.
Visitor requirements before checkout
Publish accurate age, accessibility, identification and arrival requirements as specified by your operation. Collect only the visitor information needed for the booking. A reservation does not replace identity checks, access approval or site security procedures.
School groups and private visits
Clarify group limits, accompanying adults and whether bookings need staff approval. Test purchase orders, deposits, invoices and payment deadlines against your actual process. A standard checkout may not cover every educational or private-group arrangement.
Arrival instructions and visitor changes
Use confirmations and reminders for the entrance, arrival time, contact details and visit conditions. TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which requests require staff approval.
Site closures and cancelled departures
Explain who contacts guests when a visit cannot run and what rescheduling or refund options apply. Test cancelling a departure and handling its reservations. Ticketing software does not make engineering or operational safety decisions.
Ticketing and dam operations
This page concerns visitor reservations. Engineering asset management, infrastructure monitoring, maintenance and security systems are separate requirements. Digital asset management for files and media is also a different software category.
Entrance sales and distribution
Test finding reservations, checking ticket validity and selling walk-in admission where suitable. Confirm hardware, connectivity and any access-control integration. Check reseller eligibility, commissions and availability mapping for each product.
Questions about dam tour ticketing
Can groups book online? Demonstrate your group sizes and approval rules. Does a ticket grant unrestricted site access? No: communicate the exact inclusions and apply your site procedures. Does ticketing manage dam maintenance? Treat that as a separate operational requirement.
Preparing to switch
Agree future-booking import fields and a cutover plan. Test checkout, visitor instructions, staff access and an amendment before opening sales.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
