Amusement park admission and visitor bookings
Give visitors a clear way to choose admission, reserve an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports online reservations and in-person ticket sales for bookable park visits and experiences.

Admission dates and ticket options
Explain ticket validity, age categories and inclusions before checkout. Distinguish entry-only tickets, ride-inclusive products and separately reserved experiences where applicable. Guests should understand exactly what each purchase covers.
Family tickets and group visits
Make family-ticket eligibility and group limits clear. Demonstrate how participant quantities count towards availability and how staff amend a group. For schools or private events, test approval, invoices, deposits and payment deadlines using your actual process.
Capacity and activity reservations
Set availability around the allocations you intend to sell. Test shared capacity where several ticket options use one limit. Admission availability does not automatically measure occupancy, allocate ride seats or manage queue times.
Website and entrance sales
Combine advance website bookings with in-person ticket sales where suitable. Test finding a booking, validating its ticket conditions and selling walk-in admission during a busy arrival period. Confirm supported hardware and connectivity.
Passes, gates and specialist systems
Season-pass entitlements, renewals, repeat entry, turnstiles, wristbands and cashless payments need their exact workflows demonstrated. Do not assume customer records or ticket sales establish support for every membership or access-control system.
Guest messages and booking changes
Use confirmations and reminders for arrival details, entrances, contact information and ticket conditions. TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Publish closure and cancellation policies and decide which changes need approval.
Ticketing and wider park operations
Ride inspections, maintenance, staff scheduling, retail stock and food-service operations require separate assessment. A reservation dashboard does not replace the operational processes or specialist systems used to run the park.
Distribution and reporting
Confirm reseller product eligibility, commissions, ticket validity and availability mapping. A connection does not guarantee growth. Use booking reports for sales and demand; assess attendance, ride performance and operational reporting separately.
Questions about amusement park ticketing
Can family products share an admission allocation? Demonstrate the required rules. Can tickets work with existing gates? Confirm the specific supplier and validation integration. Does it manage ride maintenance? Treat that as a separate operational requirement.
Preparing to switch ticketing
Agree future-booking import fields and a cutover plan. Test checkout, confirmations, entrance sales, ticket validity and a booking amendment before launch.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
