Ferris wheel admission and visitor reservations

Give visitors a clear way to choose a ticket, reserve an available visit and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports online reservations and in-person ticket sales for bookable wheel experiences.

checkout process, booking widget, features

Timed entry and ticket validity

Show the visit date, entry time, duration and ticket inclusions before checkout. Explain whether a ticket is for general admission, a timed arrival or a separately booked experience. Do not imply that reservations guarantee every ride is fully booked.

Passenger places and private cabins

Passenger-ticket capacity is different from assigning a specific cabin or reserving exclusive use. Demonstrate private-cabin pricing, group sizes, shared allocations and turnaround requirements before assuming they are included.

Visitor requirements and arrival details

Publish accurate age, supervision and accessibility information specified by your operation. Use confirmations and reminders for entrances, arrival times, contact details and ticket conditions. A booking does not replace your boarding and access procedures.

Groups and entrance sales

Clarify group limits and any approval, invoicing or deposit process. Test finding an existing reservation, checking validity and selling walk-in tickets where suitable. Confirm hardware, connectivity and how availability updates.

Weather changes and guest amendments

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which private-cabin or group requests need staff approval. Explain closure and cancellation policies and test contacting affected visitors.

Ticketing and ride operations

Mechanical inspections, maintenance, ride control, cabin loading and operating decisions require specialist systems or procedures. A ticketing dashboard does not replace those responsibilities or automatically measure physical occupancy.

Distribution and reporting

Confirm reseller product eligibility, commissions, ticket validity and availability mapping. Use booking reports to understand demand by product or visit time. Sales reporting does not replace ride-operation or occupancy records.

Questions about Ferris wheel ticketing

Can visitors book a private cabin? Demonstrate the exact product and allocation rules. Does timed admission assign a cabin? Do not assume it does. Can tickets work with entry gates? Confirm the specific hardware and validation integration.

Preparing to launch

Agree future-booking import requirements. Test checkout, ticket validity, visitor messages, staff sales and an amendment before opening availability.

TicketingHub booking costs

TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
