Exhibition admission and gallery visits on your website
TicketingHub helps art galleries sell bookable admission, guided visits and events on their website. Visitors can choose an available date, time and ticket option, while your team manages reservations and ticket availability.
A booking flow alongside your exhibition information
An embedded booking widget gives visitors a way to reserve while reading about an exhibition or tour. Your ticket description can explain what is included, whether a guided visit is separate and where visitors enter.

Timed admission and guided-tour availability
Configure products, dates, arrival times and ticket limits around your programme. A practical demo follows a family taking the final places and a staff member reviewing the remaining availability.
Separate exhibition rooms, shared guides and overlapping events can introduce additional capacity rules. Ticket availability is different from measuring live occupancy, so both need reviewing where relevant.
School groups and private visits
Group visits can require organiser information, party sizes and arrival arrangements that differ from individual admission. A useful walkthrough includes a school reservation or private viewing and a change in attendance.
Teacher places, group pricing, deposits and invoice terms need checking against your own process.
Entrance-desk and reseller sales
TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside website bookings and supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide. A demo can follow an advance reservation and a walk-up sale through your entrance workflow.

Visitor information and booking changes
Booking confirmations and reminders can carry arrival details and practical visit information. Magic Link supports guest-managed booking changes where enabled; available actions depend on your setup.
Your team can review how it finds a reservation at the desk and how a change affects availability and the guest list.
Ticketing alongside specialist gallery systems
Admission bookings are different from managing collections, artwork sales, membership renewals and donor records. Those specialist workflows need their own systems or a confirmed integration.
A booking demonstration can establish what information your visitor team needs and where it would connect with the systems you already use.
Clear pricing for gallery bookings
TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
