Class and workshop bookings on your website

TicketingHub helps operators sell places on scheduled classes and workshops, manage ticket availability and keep booking information together. Participants can choose an available product, date, time and ticket option before paying.

A booking flow for your sessions

An embedded booking widget gives visitors a direct route from reading about a workshop to reserving a place. Your description can explain the session length, location, materials included and participation requirements.

Session capacity and group registrations

Configure your products, dates, times and ticket availability around the sessions you sell. A useful demo includes one organiser booking for several participants and a class reaching its limit.

Shared instructors, rooms and equipment can introduce rules beyond a session’s ticket capacity. Those allocations need checking against your timetable.

Repeated sessions and courses are different

A weekly timetable of separately bookable classes is different from one enrolment covering an entire course. A useful comparison makes clear which dates the participant is buying and how availability is handled across them.

Multi-day enrolment, attendance across a series, recurring payments, memberships and credits need individual assessment. A repeating schedule alone does not establish support for those workflows.

Payments, confirmations and guest changes

TicketingHub supports online payments, booking confirmations and reminders. Your messages can carry the venue, arrival time and information participants need before the class.

Magic Link supports guest-managed changes where enabled, with available actions depending on your setup. A demo can show a participant moving sessions and the effect on remaining places.

Private lessons and custom workshops

A fixed workshop sold by the seat and a private lesson arranged after an enquiry can need different reservation processes. Your price, participant limit and confirmation steps provide useful test cases.

Deposits, provisional reservations and invoice terms need a walkthrough using your actual payment process.

In-person and virtual sessions

TicketingHub offers point-of-sale tools alongside website bookings. Your team can review an in-person sale and how staff find an advance reservation.

Video conferencing, automatic joining links, online attendance and learning materials are separate requirements. The booking features described here do not establish an integrated virtual classroom.

Clear pricing for class bookings

TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
