Conference tickets and delegate bookings
Sell conference admission on your website and keep booking information available to your team. TicketingHub supports ticket sales and reservations for bookable events, workshops and related activities.
Start with the attendee journey: choose a ticket, select an available event or session, enter the required details and pay. Explain what is included before checkout so delegates arrive with the right expectations.
Conference tickets and room reservations are different

Delegate admission, workshop places and meeting-room hire have different requirements. A ticket allocation does not by itself manage room calendars, catering, exhibitor stands or venue contracts.
If you need room reservations, recurring venue hire, speaker scheduling, abstract submissions or virtual-event hosting, ask for those exact workflows to be demonstrated. Confirm any separate tools and integrations before choosing a platform.
Ticket types and session availability
Define the tickets you sell, such as general admission, a day pass or an optional workshop. Make validity dates, inclusions, prices and cancellation rules clear.
Confirm whether a delegate can book several sessions, how shared capacity is handled and what happens when one workshop fills up. A full-conference ticket and a session reservation should not create conflicting availability.
Group bookings and delegate details
Business purchases may involve one buyer and several attendees. Test which information can be collected for each participant and how staff handle name changes or incomplete details.
If your process relies on purchase orders, invoices, deposits or payment deadlines, confirm the available workflow. Keep any information request relevant to the event and explain how attendees can contact the organiser.
Confirmations, changes and arrival
Use confirmations and reminders to communicate the venue, timing, ticket conditions and arrival instructions. TicketingHub’s Magic Link can offer eligible booking changes according to the options and deadlines configured for each product.
Decide which amendments guests can make themselves and which require staff approval. Test a delegate name change, a cancelled place and a transfer request before launch.
Online and on-site ticket sales
Combine advance website bookings with in-person sales where suitable. Demonstrate how staff find bookings, sell the correct ticket and check remaining availability during a busy arrival period.
Confirm hardware, connectivity and any badge-printing or access-control requirements separately. Ticket sales and check-in needs should be tested alongside the venue’s arrival process.
Booking reports and marketing tools
Use booking reports to follow ticket sales and demand by event or product. Keep that operational view separate from website analytics, which measure visits and acquisition rather than attendance.
Check the specific integrations needed for your website, payments and marketing. Avoid assuming a general integration listing guarantees a complete connection to a conference-management platform.
Conference booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate. Compare the full cost for your sales mix.
