ATV tours and off-road departure reservations
Help guests choose an off-road experience, reserve available places and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for scheduled tours and suitable private experiences.

Guided tours and vehicle rentals
A guided departure and a vehicle hired for a duration have different booking rules. Explain whether the price covers a participant, driver, passenger or vehicle. Demonstrate your actual model before choosing a setup.
Departure capacity and vehicle allocation
Set the dates, start times and places you intend to sell. Ticket capacity is different from allocating vehicles, guides and turnaround time. Test shared-resource constraints where several departures use the same fleet.
Participant requirements before checkout
Publish relevant age, licence, experience and other requirements as specified by your operation. Collect necessary participant details and confirm how staff review them. Booking answers do not replace suitability checks, instruction or operating decisions.
Waivers and arrival instructions
Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm subscription costs, group signing and how staff check completion. Use confirmations and reminders for the meeting point, arrival time, clothing guidance and contact details. A signed waiver does not replace your safety procedures.
Rental deposits and fleet operations
If you hire vehicles, test security deposits, authorisations, damage records, late returns and refund handling. Do not assume a tour-booking checkout provides complete rental management. Maintenance, inspections and fleet readiness require separate processes or specialist tools.
Guest changes and cancelled departures
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which cancellations and group amendments need staff approval. Publish the policy for weather or operational cancellations and test guest notifications.
Direct bookings and reseller connections
Check supported connections against your products. Confirm marketplace eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. Test a purchase and amendment before opening another channel. Distribution does not guarantee an increase in bookings.
Questions about ATV booking software
Can driver and passenger places have different prices? Demonstrate the required ticket options and allocation rules. Does booking automatically reserve a specific vehicle? Do not assume it does; test the resource model. Does the system schedule maintenance? Assess fleet tools separately.
Preparing to switch bookings
Agree future-reservation import fields and a cutover plan. Test participant details, checkout, waivers, confirmations and an amendment before opening availability.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
