Booking software for your eco-tour departures
TicketingHub helps eco-tour operators sell places on their website, manage departure availability and bring supported reseller reservations into one booking system. Set up the experiences, dates, times and ticket options your team offers.
A booking journey on your existing website
Visitors can choose an experience, available departure and ticket option through an embedded booking widget. Tour information and the route to payment stay together, whether you sell a guided nature walk, wildlife outing or another scheduled experience.

Small groups and departure availability
Configure ticket availability around the departures you sell. A useful demonstration includes a group taking the final places and a staff member changing availability when the timetable changes.
A per-departure ticket limit is different from automatically allocating a shared guide, vehicle or piece of equipment. Minimum group sizes, shared resources and overlapping trips need testing against your actual rules.
Practical information before the trip
Booking confirmations and reminders can carry the meeting point, arrival time and practical information for the visit. Clear tour descriptions give guests a place to find the experience’s duration, inclusions and participation requirements before booking.
Magic Link supports guest-managed booking changes where enabled in your setup. Available actions and their effect on departure availability can be reviewed in a demo.
Weather changes and seasonal schedules
Outdoor departures can change with the season or operating conditions. A useful walkthrough shows how staff would find affected reservations, adjust the timetable and manage booking changes under your own cancellation policy.
The booking process does not decide whether conditions are suitable for a trip. Those decisions remain part of your operating procedures.
Direct sales and supported reseller channels
TicketingHub offers supported marketplace connections, including Viator and GetYourGuide, alongside website bookings. Your demo can follow a reseller reservation into the booking system and show its effect on availability.

Clear pricing for your sales mix
TicketingHub’s published standard fee is 3% per successful booking, including online, in-person and OTA bookings. There are no monthly or setup fees. Your payment provider charges separately, and marketplace commissions are separate from TicketingHub’s fee.
For example, £10,000 of bookings across all channels produces a £300 TicketingHub platform fee at the standard rate, before payment processing and marketplace commissions. The pricing page has the current terms and enterprise enquiry details.
