Horseback rides and lesson reservations
Give guests a clear way to choose a ride or lesson, reserve an available session and pay on your website. TicketingHub supports bookings for suitable riding experiences and private sessions.

Trail rides and lesson programmes
Explain duration, location, inclusions and the intended experience level. Distinguish a single lesson, trail ride and private group. Term enrolment, lesson credits and recurring attendance need specific checks rather than assumptions based on one session booking.
Rider details and participation requirements
Publish relevant age, experience and other rider requirements as specified by your operation. Collect information needed for each participant and confirm how staff review it. Booking answers do not replace rider assessment or the team's decisions about suitability.
Horse and instructor allocation
Participant availability is different from assigning a suitable horse, instructor and equipment. Demonstrate shared-resource constraints where sessions use the same animals or team. Keep welfare, workload and operating decisions with your staff.
Digital waivers and arrival messages
Digital waivers are available through the separate Smartwaiver integration. Confirm its subscription, guardian-signing requirements and how staff check completion. Use confirmations and reminders for the meeting point, arrival time, clothing guidance and contact details. Forms do not replace briefings or safety procedures.
Guest changes and cancelled rides
TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible amendments within configured product options and deadlines. Decide which lesson transfers, participant changes and group requests need approval. Publish the policy for weather or operational cancellations and test guest notifications.
Bookings and wider equestrian operations
Animal care records, veterinary schedules, stable management and staff rotas are separate requirements. Do not assume a ticketing dashboard provides a complete equestrian management system. Demonstrate memberships, credits and term payments if they are essential.
Website sales and reseller channels
Check supported connections against the rides you sell. Confirm product eligibility, commissions and availability mapping. A reseller connection does not guarantee an 80% increase in bookings or revenue.
Questions about riding booking software
Can beginners and experienced riders book different sessions? Test your eligibility and pricing options. Does a reservation assign a horse? Demonstrate that specific requirement. Can students book a term? Assess enrolment, attendance and payment rules separately.
Preparing to launch
Agree future-booking import fields. Test checkout, rider details, waiver handling, staff review and a cancellation before opening sales.
Clear booking costs
TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
