Helicopter tour reservations and passenger bookings

Help guests choose a sightseeing flight, reserve an available departure and understand the next steps. TicketingHub supports website bookings and payments for bookable helicopter and aviation-tour experiences.

Departure times and passenger places

Make the route description, expected duration, meeting location, ticket inclusions and booking conditions clear. Set availability around the places you intend to sell.

Ticket capacity is different from aircraft assignment, crew availability and operational passenger limits. Demonstrate any shared-resource requirements when several products use the same aircraft or team.

Passenger information before arrival

Explain the information your operation needs before a flight and when passengers must provide it. Test collection for each participant where one person books for a group.

Keep eligibility checks and operational approval with the operator. A reservation form does not validate aircraft loading, passenger suitability or permission to fly. Confirm how sensitive passenger information is collected and accessed.

Weather changes and departure confirmation

Publish clear terms for departures affected by weather or operational restrictions. Explain who confirms the flight, when guests will hear from you and what rescheduling or refund options apply.

Booking software does not assess flying conditions or make dispatch decisions. Test the staff workflow for changing a departure, contacting its passengers and handling their reservations.

Arrival instructions and guest amendments

Use confirmations and reminders for the meeting point, check-in time, identification requirements and contact details, as specified by your operation. Distinguish a booking confirmation from any separate operational flight confirmation.

TicketingHub’s Magic Link can allow eligible changes within the product’s configured options and deadlines. Decide which requests require operator approval rather than enabling unrestricted changes.

Direct bookings and reseller connections

Use a booking widget on your website and check supported reseller connections against your actual products. Confirm marketplace eligibility, commissions and how availability maps between systems.

A distribution connection does not guarantee a particular sales increase. Test a purchase, cancellation and availability update before opening another channel.

Explore integrations

Ticketing alongside aviation operations

Aircraft maintenance, crew duty management, loading calculations and regulatory records require their own operational systems and processes. Do not treat a booking dashboard as proof those requirements are included.

Bring your existing systems and workflow to a demo. Identify what is handled in ticketing, what needs an integration and what remains with your flight operations team.

Clear booking costs

TicketingHub’s standard fee is 3% per successful booking across online, in-person and OTA sales, with no monthly or setup fee. Payment processing charges and marketplace commissions are separate.
